Personality Take 2

9:51 AM

I know I did a post about this awhile back, but I have new readers since then... and besides, I never tire of this topic.

PERSONALITY!!!

It's my favorite. If there were such a job, I would be a personality consultant. Actually, there probably is, but I think I'm going to stick to graphic design and multimedia... especially after my last post. *grin*

Click here to see my personality type description

Click on that to read all about me. Since... I know that most people's goal in life is to have my complete personality memorized, this link shoud help you all out tremendously. Kidding... but this link will give you the opportunity to take a test and figure out what your type is... so do it! Seriously. You'll never regret it. The secret of life will finally be revealed to you about who you are... ha ha.... but really, it is very interesting and freakishly accurate!

I love you all.

  1. ESTJ one this test. The last test I was an ESFJ. If I had to guess, I would say this put me too far down the "thinking" path. I'm kind of right in between, but I don't know.

  2. That's weird. Me and Ashley just did these as an assignment in our Psychology class. I was an INFJ. If you go to http://www.personalitypage.com/high-level.html you can find out what title you have. I'm The Protector.

  3. Natalie- that's my favorite site for looking at personality. I like the personal growth section, and I think it does a good job at describing each type. Plus, it's religious.

It was good seeing you last night at girl's bible study!!!

  4. I am an ISFJ.

Accordning to that I am: Quiet, kind, and conscientious. Can be depended on to follow through. Usually puts the needs of others above their own needs. Stable and practical, they value security and traditions. Well-developed sense of space and function. Rich inner world of observations about people. Extremely perceptive of other's feelings. Interested in serving others.

yeah, that pretty much summed me up.

I like this!!! I sound perfect!!!

  5. Heather- what did you do, just copy and paste the good parts? *smile* No... I know you didn't. I know that your personality type is nothing short of perfection.

An ISTJ is my polar opposite. Good thing you have that feeling preference (F) or else we'd clash pretty bad.

  8. Wow!! I am a Perfomer...ESFP...I found this very interesting. I remember doing this for college and career planning. I am amazed at how accurate it is. The description of the ESFP seems right on for me...Thanks for the post! Very good stuff!!

  10. I love the website Natalie posted, it is one of the first ones I ever researched personality on. I find it very accurate and helpful, and it goes in depth about a lot of stuff. It's sad, because I think I know about every website there is out there devoted to personality typing.

Jake- you are definitely an ESFP. Thanks for finally identifying yourself.

Luke- Jake will never start a blog, but I know he secretly wants one.

  11. Whoa, this a lil scary now that i know what an ISFP.. Difficult to get to know well. They hold back their ideas and opinions except from those who they are closest to. Whoa, so true! I've certainly learned a lot about myself today.

  12. ESTP ON THIS TEST.

    Extrovert: 31%, Sensory: 47%, Thinking: 1%, Perceiving: 13%

Famous ESTP's: Anakin Skywalker (pre-Vader) From Star Wars

    Innnteresting!

I do not recall taking any of these in school for anything.

I would say that personality type can change. In high school I would definitely consider myself an introvert, but as most would say now I am definitely not that today.

  13. Kristi- I know, isn't it scary?

Will- I agree. I was an introvert all through Jr. High/High School as well, but I have definitely developed into an extravert.

  15. For NSTP personalities: Jobs include--Sales Representatives ,Marketing Personnel,Police / Detective Work
Paramedic / Emergency Medical Technician, PC Technicians or Network Cablers,Computer Technical Support, and Entrepreneurs

None of which I have had an interest in.

    However for ISTP careers:
    ***Engineers*** I am
    **Carpenters** I love
    *Mechanics* I like
    *Motorcyclists* I may be buying
    *Athletes* Love to play

Maybe should have taken one of these earlier.

  17. Kristi- I thought you were an ESTP the last time we took the test? Hmmm... I think you could go either way but I'd say you are an ESTP over ESFP.

  18. Jake Fischer, are you saying checking my blog is only a last resort to avoid doing homework?

    THANKS A LOT.

Ha ha, kidding... but thanks for stopping by, and thanks for supper the other night. It was amazing.

  19. T, c'mon! Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying anything bad about your blog, it's actually pretty cool. Any blog that has spiritual content gets a thumbs up as far as I'm concerned.

I was just saying the only reason I even found out you HAD a blog was because I was blog-surfing instead of starting on the mountain of homework looming over me.

It went a little something like this: check jon's blog like always...check amanda's blog...check mark miller's blog...getting bored, what else could I do. Click on links to mark's friends' blogs... and about 4 blogs later end up here.

And all that used up over an hour, so I guess it served its purpose. Although it was a wasted trip to the library...

By the way, does anyone else think that blogging can be addictive? At least when jonnyeb gets a good discussion going, I notice that I check for new comments compulsively.

Again, that's probably just so I can get out of actually doing homework.
